Arash has over 20 years’ experience in business operational management and development in the US and Dubai. After successfully starting and managing several companies in the healthcare industry in the US Arash moved to Dubai to help develop the current healthcare infrastructure in the Emirates, he guided the Ministry of Health in the UAE to create new policies to be more in line with western standards. He has extensively worked with several government institutions such as the Texas Department of Health And Human Services and Medicare in the US to facilitate quality healthcare to elderly and disables clients. Arash’s knowledge in dealing with various government agencies as well as his experience with business management are a key strengths that he brings to Legal Transcripts.

Annette has been part of the legal industry for over 20 years and her wealth of knowledge has helped grow the Melbourne office exponentially. Her in depth understanding of the court technology together with her practical knowledge of the industry, Annette is able to provide consultation with confidence to our clients. Brett has close to 40 years of experience in IT with 30 of those years in IT Management. Before joining Legal Transcripts, Brett led the IT/Bioinformatics Team for the Australian Proteome Analysis Facility (APAF) which has been a leader in developing proteomic technologies for the Australian Scientific Community. Brett will rely on his expertise in IT management to continue build on Legal Transcripts solid and robust IT infrastructure purposed to provide a reliable and stable recording and transcription production environment he is responsible for ensuring that the network and robust infrastructure can be relied upon by the production team to remain fully operational at all times and that all security protocols and policies are adhered to. As well as ensuring Legal Transcripts continuously keeps abreast of the newest and latest technology that continues to evolve in the recording and transcription industry. Brett supports our 200 plus staff, located in our offices and remotely Australia wide.

Anthea has been Legal Transcripts’ company accountant for over six years and ensures the compliancy of the taxation requirements of the business. She has more than twenty years of experience providing bookkeeping services to a range of companies across industries including health and finance. Holding key administrative functions in the company, Anthea overseas accounts receivable and accounts payable, employee entitlements, payroll, and all financial reporting duties. Her analysis of the business' financials allows her to provide key advice with respect to advising on estimates for project funding. Working closely with the Financial Controller, Anthea ensures that regulations and legislative obligations are met by the company.

Robyn has over twenty-five years of experience in the financial sector, having spent the majority of her career as Legal Transcripts’ financial controller. Providing a bridge between management and accounting, Robyn's role is to critically analyse the company's accounting records and data and evaluate and manage risks with business projects. Her intimate knowledge of the operations of the business allows her to provide accurate professional opinions and advice to executive management about long-term financial planning. Robyn's responsibilities further extend to administering and managing financial audits, ensuring the compliance of regulations and legislative obligations for the business operations and taxation as required by law.

Jonathan Orellana
(Systems Administrator)

Jonathan is our Systems Administrator who came across to IT from a position of Senior Court Transcription Typist and is extensively experienced in both preparing and quality assuring transcripts across all jurisdictions. This skillset coupled with his passion for IT provides Help Desk Level 1 and 2 support in addition to supporting the business with higher level technical requirements. Jonathan currently holds a CompTIA Network+ certification, and is currently studying to become certified as a Cyber Security professional, to continue the process of hardening the security of the Legal Transcripts infrastructure. With his networking background and studies, Jonathan has quickly picked up on the network infrastructure of LT, and its streaming services for VGRS and the company’s other clients. His extensive knowledge and experience with virtual communication platforms has helped our clients with their smooth transition from face-to-face hearings to online and virtual environments whilst maintaining integrity and security at all times.
